问题:最近由于钢材取消了 13%的退税湘信很多人都遇上了要涨价的问题,特别是当客户 问到了 “为什么降价的时候你没有通知我呢?”题的时候我们要怎么回复?

Please do trust normally the cost would have stable increasing and decreasing:

1. When I had the slight increasing, I didn't charge from you.

2. When I had the slight decreasing, I didn*t inform you either.

Sure I can totally understand your concerns, as your supplier in the past 10 years, we also supported you many times on the cost again and again, I really hope you could share your best understanding that this time is really important for us. (huge increasing in the cost at least 13%).

I can promise as long as we have any decreasing in the cost I will inform you in the first minute.
