案例21价格报高了,要主动降回来

问题:我有一个客户要200个了,但是报价的供应商那边突然说他那边库存只有45个, 因为这款产品要退市不会再生产了,我们重新找一些供应商价格无法满足之前报价,后来就 跟客户说了之前报价的那款是要退市的旧款,给客户推荐了新款报了新的价格比原来单价高 11美金,报完价后,我们又找到了另外一家新款供应商,这家供应商的价格是之前报价客 户同意的旧款的价格就可以做,而且材质规格跟报高价的那家都一样,这种情况了价格报高 了,该怎么办?不知道用什么理由可以降价了,本来要成了,客户也接受了报价,准备付款。

回复话术:
