问题：我们老客户正在下单一款产品，一个新业务员做EDM营销的时候给这个客户报了 比我合同低于10个点的价格，现在客户很恼火，我跟客户解释了是新业务员报错价格了，但 是客户不相信还说我们骗他，而且他一直发消息质问我，请问我现在应该怎么办?（中东客户很 难缠）。

I can understanding your mood now, sure I really don't know how to convince you now in the prices, because as I mentioned that the email was wrongly sent by a green hand was really difficult to convince you.
Anyway as a professional and responsible sales, I have to say it was really a mistake, 1 do believe time would prove the real me.( Please do trust now my mood is more tough than yours, if you had the same experience 1 think you could also feel it).

Sure at the same ,you can also try to compare with other suppliers so that you would know that "I was now lying", which was really a harmful sentence to me though 1 could accept it now.
